Aileen Maher —
25 years of expertise
Having successfully run her own hairdressing business for 25 years, Aileen became a full-time educator after completing her Teachers, Assessors & IQA Award. She is an Educator for Oncology Aesthetics with Oncology Training International (OTI).
In 2019 Aileen launched her online training platform — a step-by-step programme for hairdressers and barbers on scalp education, the reasons for hair thinning, treatments and wig fitting. Since then, over 400 Irish salons run very successful scalp clinics.
She was recently a guest speaker at the Professional Beauty & Hair Show at the RDS, covering specialist products for post-chemo clients and finding the perfect hairpiece.
